Hong Kong Society of Gut Microbiome Press Release

On October 21, 2021, the Hong Kong Society of Gut Microbiota released the preliminary results of the first phase of their second study on the gut microbiome of Hong Kong people. The study was conducted by Hong Kong Medical & Healthcare Device Industries Association Limited from April to September 2020 and was technically sponsored by BioMed Technology Holdings Limited, a partner company of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park.
A total of 97 individuals underwent detailed gut analysis as part of the study.
