Intestine is the important barrier of immunity system. More than 70% of immune cells are concentrated in the intestine to prevent invasion of pathogens. If the intestinal health is reduced, the immunity of oneself will be reduced too.

Therefore, in order to maintain intestinal health, we can start from three fundamental elements, which are water, dietary fiber and probiotics. Coronavirus outbreak is happening in these days and so the citizens are needed to improve their immune ability.
